RESPONSABLE DE CUISINE

Le Rodman cherche quelqu’un de solide en cuisine pour prendre le lead avec l’équipe, tout en restant pleinement impliqué dans les opérations.
Le Rodman, c’est un resto-bar festif aux influences caribéennes, où la cuisine, la musique et l’ambiance se rencontrent. Du jeudi au samedi, le rythme monte avec DJ, événements et une clientèle qui vient autant pour bien manger que pour profiter de la soirée.
Notre cuisine reste ouverte jusqu’à 2 h du matin. On cherche donc quelqu’un qui aime être dans l’action, qui est à l’aise sur la ligne et qui sait garder le contrôle pendant les gros rushs.
Tes principales responsabilités :
• Travailler activement sur la ligne et participer aux services
• Superviser l’équipe et répartir les tâches
• Garder le rythme et diriger l’équipe pendant les gros services
• Coordonner le passe-plat et communiquer avec le plancher
• Assurer la qualité et la constance des assiettes
• Participer au recrutement et mener les entrevue
KITCHEN MANAGER

Le Rodman is looking for someone solid in the kitchen to take the lead with the team, while remaining fully involved in operations.
Le Rodman is a festive resto-bar with Caribbean influences, where cuisine, music and atmosphere come together. From Thursday to Saturday, the energy picks up with DJs, events and a clientele that comes as much for great food as to enjoy the evening.
Our kitchen stays open until 2 a.m. So we're looking for someone who loves being in the action, who is comfortable on the line and who knows how to keep control during big rushes.
Your main responsibilities:
• Work actively on the line and participate in service
• Supervise the team and delegate tasks
• Keep the pace and lead the team during busy services
• Coordinate the pass and communicate with the floor
• Ensure quality and consistency of plating
• Participate in recruitment and conduct interviews
