Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Chef responsable de cuisine expérimenté pour diriger la cuisine du restaurant Balam, notre restaurant mexicain situé au centre commercial Royalmount.
Ce que nous recherchons :
• Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience comme chef ou sous-chef dans un restaurant à volume élevé.
• Expérience confirmée dans la gestion et la motivation d’une équipe de cuisine.
