OFFRE D'EMPLOI / JOB OFFER — Manager Baton Rouge (YHU airport) As a manager, you must ensure that each guest receives courteous, prompt, and efficient service and that the dining room operates profitably and safely in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As the manager of a Bâton Rouge restaurant, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations in general (floor management, orders, inventories, schedule, personnel management, hiring, local marketing, etc.) as well as the image of your branch. You must meet and even exceed, when possible, the sales objectives, as well as the policies and standards as established by Bâton Rouge. You are responsible for demonstrating professionalism, motivation, and leadership to employees. You must behave in an exemplary manner, both at work and in the community. The relationship with employees must always remain professional, even outside working hours. Your way of acting, dress, mannerisms and lifestyle in general must be appropriate and reflect the positive image and good reputation of Bâton Rouge restaurants.
