Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Operate the commercial dishwasher and maintain proper cleaning procedures
Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitary
Ensure clean dishes, cookware, and utensils are continuously available during service
Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and prep tasks as needed
Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and other kitchen surfaces
Properly dispose of garbage, recycling, and food waste
Clean and sanitize sinks, dish machines, and surrounding work areas
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Handle kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies safely
Assist with unloading deliveries and storing supplies when required
Work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced kitchen
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move kitchen items
Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is an asset but not required
Reliable, punctual, hardworking
