Le garde-manger ouvre et clos le spectacle ( entrées et desserts ), il s'agit d'un poste idéal pour explorer les techniques culinaires et laisser parler sa créativité.

Restaurant de quartier avec une capacité de 150 couverts, programmation d'ateliers vineux 9 mois par an, partage des connaissances et perpective d'évolution dans un de nos trois établissement, autant d'éléments qui font d'une entrée en poste dans le groupe un choix pour l'avenir.
Horaire de soir, du mercredi au dimanche, vendredis et samedis obligatoires.

Evening schedule, Wednesday to Sunday, Fridays and Saturdays mandatory.
