Le rôle de l’assistant(e) gérant(e) est de soutenir le gérant du restaurant dans diverses tâches (service, organisation, administration). Le(la) candidat(e) doit être motivé(e), passionné(e), souriant(e) et aimer le travail en équipe. De l’expérience, une connaissance en vins et cocktails sont demandés.
